For all of the runners that will be competing at the Gold Coast (Australia) on the 4th of July in either the 10k, Half Marathon or Marathon, it is time to commit yourself to a plan of attack. With close on three months till the big event there is still enough time to get in two or three solid training blocks and also some short term goal races.
