13 WEEKS TILL GOLD COAST
I was at a running forum a couple of years ago and this guy was a guest speaker and he was telling a story about a cold miserable night that he and his family experienced when they went out for dinner. I was hardly paying attention as he told the initial part of his story. This being where he went into great detail to describe the torrential downfall of rain, the cold wind, driving along and having difficulty seeing out of the windscreen of his vehicle. He dropped his family at the door, parked his car in the car park and made a mad dash for the door of the restaurant. When inside the comfort of the warm restaurant he said that he was glancing outside on the street and thought that there is no way anybody would be out in those conditions tonight. Sure enough, as he sat there this runner came past, braving the conditions. Complete article
