Welcome...

Post Gold Coast/Noosa Celebration/Re-hydration

What a magnificent achievement it was by Australia's own Craig Mottram in breaking the 13min barrier for 5k at the London Grand Prix last Friday night. His 12.55.76, only to be narrowly defeated by the great Haile Gebrselassie in 12.55.51, deserves resounding applause. Congratulations Craig.

Equally deserving of recognition also goes to Andrew Clowes for his massive personal best of 2.58.15 in the Townsville Marathon. Great to see that you are finally reaping rewards from all of the sweat you have spilt Andrew.

Time barriers are there for everyone to break through. Justin Voss was the SUB 3.15 pace runner at the recent Gold Coast Airport Marathon. Justin has referred to his 42.2k "Pied Piper" run as a "Journey". Please click here for Justin's story.

P.S If you are not running the 14k's from Sydney City to Bondi this Sunday make sure you catch the City to Surf live on Channel 10 from 9.30am. My guess is that the winning time will be 41.23. My Involvement in running...

I have been involved in distance running for over twenty years. Starting as a novice and progressing through to International standard. My aim is to help individuals achieve their goals, which I find extremely rewarding and allows me to somewhat share in a very special experience.

Do not limit yourself...

I have no desire to limit myself to a particular standard of runner for I appreciate and respect individuals of all levels. I have been to the school of hard knocks and learnt by my own mistakes and those of others. You will find me approachable in nature and dedicated to the cause.

My philosophy...

My training philosophy is based around the importance of consistency in your training and doing our best to avoid injury and illness along the way.  We are all at a different standard with our fitness and development. Via the natural feel that I have from being involved in the sport for over two decades I believe that I have the ability to steer you from where you presently are to where your goals beckon.
