I ran in the '2000 Host City Marathon' and to be honest it is one race I try not to recall for it put a close to my final unsuccessful attempt to make an Olympic team.
I do have one memory though, this being the sight of a guy walking towards Centennial Park with the rear cut out of his leather pants. Each to their own I say, no 'butts' about it.

My Brisbane Running Group is void of superstars, everyone respects each other regardless of the pace they may run. It is my aim to spread the same philosophy throughout the running community.
