I want to thank you for the sterling job which you do, year after year, motivating runners of all shapes, sizes and abilities to get over that line. I’ve run Blackmores many times and have heard the echo of your (by now familiar) voice, starting around the Overseas Passenger Terminal, increasing in volume and clarity around Circular Quay and positively willing me to finish strong as I run along ECQ towards the Opera House…. terrific stuff, Pat! You’ve certainly got the motivation angle well and truly covered! Please promise me that you’ll keep doing it at least for as long as I keep running.
